    Review on review

    昨晚在tripadvisor上选去瑞士住的旅馆。一般我只看4点：位置，价钱，房间照片以及reviews。前面三个是直接的“一手”信息，而最后一项则是综合各个维度的“二手”信息。sorted by rating不算，看到中意的旅馆难免要仔细看看别人写的review，因为大家要的东西不一样嘛——或许人家给差的review不过是因为房间里面不方便安置小孩——像这样的原因我现在自然不用给予考虑。
     
    可是即便是一字一字的读review，依然难免难下判断——总共5-6条英文reviews，其中也不乏南辕北辙的，你说我信谁的好呢？诶，我发现tripadvisor有一妙着，review给酒店打分；咱们还可以给review打分——"do you find this review useful?"于是大浪淘沙，那些偏执狂写的review于是便浮出水面了。
     
    在我看来，这可真是个好主意！谁说review都是可资借鉴的呢？review其实是最最主观的东西，切不可照单全收。而大量的"review on review"既给这种误差加了一层过滤，又从统计意义上最大程度的削减了这种主观的偏差。
     
    Amazon给书评创立了评分系统，让我们选书有的放矢；电视频道做得好不好、讲得对不对我们可以用遥控器投票；就连天气预报都有市民反馈……可是有人给我做的恶心的、不公的review，我只好自己说——这是unfair的。还好，大家都不只有一个review，weight也并不一样……

    review 本身不能说明什么。
    应该看review的总数量和好坏review的比例。
    好像用call option /put option 看一只股票是否好一样。
